1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Balaji Products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the business relationship between Balaji Products and its institutional and corporate clients.
2. B2B Customer Eligibility
Balaji Products exclusively serves Business-to-Business (B2B) institutional clients, including corporations, hospitals, schools, and facility management companies. We do not provide services to individual retail consumers.
3. Scope of Products and Services
We supply industrial cleaning chemicals, professional facility maintenance tools, stationery, safety materials, and institutional supplies. Services include delivery and technical support for the proper application of our products.
4. Ordering and Purchase Orders
All orders must be submitted via an official Purchase Order (PO). Acceptance of an order occurs only when Balaji Products issues a written Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders due to supply constraints or credit limitations.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are subject to the quote provided at the time of the Purchase Order. All applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the invoice at the prevailing government rates. Prices are ex-warehouse unless otherwise specified.
6. Credit and Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice for approved credit accounts. Interest may be charged on overdue balances. New clients may be required to provide advance payment for initial orders.
7. Delivery, Risk, and Title
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the PO. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Formal title to the goods remains with Balaji Products until full payment is received. We operate across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
8. Product Quality and Warranties
We warrant that products meet the specifications provided in the technical data sheets. Liability is limited to replacement of defective goods. No warranties are provided for misuse or improper storage of chemicals.
9. Compliance and Chemical Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all chemicals and professional equipment are used in accordance with safety guidelines and local regulations. Balaji Products provides Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) upon request.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information shared during the course of the contract. For details on personal data handling, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy available on our website.
11. Limitation of Liability
Balaji Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific products in question.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
